“ We booked the afternoon tea package to go along with our castle admission. It was totally worth it and I recommend booking early. We were a little disappointed initially with being seated in the outdoor area, with all the traffic around us, but the atmosphere was really cool compared to the inside. Freya provided top notch service and was a joy to chat with. Will definitely do this again next time we’re in Edinburgh. ”

Not to be confused with the cafe at the bottom of the castle, Great for couples and people who enjoy a good afternoon tea All the food was of exceptional quality and they even substituted an item for me as I can’t eat fish. Server was in truly Scottish style so welcoming and accommodating. Wish I could remember his name to mention. The welcome was very nice and pleasant. We had the afternoon tea tea (as said by the server) which was beautiful! Must do if you’re visiting Edinburgh Castle! ”

One tower is good for sharing, but I'm glad me and my travel buddy got our own, because we would have had a hard time choosing who got what item. They were all amazing! Karina helped walk us through it all and was very attentive. ”
